Sending Sawab to the Dead: Isaal-e-Sawab through Recitation of the Quran
Q4. I would like to know that if we read Quran and ask Allah to send sawab to all Muslims and my relatives including my parents who are no more, will the sawab only go to my parents or to all the rest too ?
A4. It is Bid’ah (innovation) to recite the Qur’an for Isaal-e-Sawab of those who have passed away, regardless whether the deceased is your parent or relative. There is no evidence supporting this practice in the authentic sources of Islam, in the Seerah of the Prophet (Pbuh) or the life of his Companions. Didn’t deaths occur during the time of the companions ? Why then, we do not find any such evidence from their lives ? All those things that benefit the living and the dead have already been shown by the Prophet (Pbuh), as Deen has been completed. Therefore, it is inappropriate to innovate anything in the religion.
Narrated Aisha (R.A.): Allah’s Messenger (Pbuh) said, “If somebody innovates something which is not present in our religion, then that thing will be rejected.”(Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 3, Hadith No. 2697 & Sahih Muslim, Vol. 3, Hadith No. 4266).
However it is allowed to pray for the deceased and give charity for him, as there is no difference of opinion in this regard.

I can’t tell if it is true or not, but such innovations are bound to come up with the ending of the days. I am having a feeling these are not true. The only one we ought to follow, I am sure, is The Quran and Sunnah.
@ Qur’an for Isaal-e-Sawab Dear sir you haven’t quoted any source from Qura’an or hadith for that matter merely your words are not enough here is a ref. from Qura’an wherin it is distinguished that, (Quraan) warn to any who are alive (that meanse it is not for the people who are dead)(Chapter: 36; 69,70)…This is naught else than a Reminder and a Lecture making plain. To warn to any (who are) alive, and that the word may be fulfilled against the disbelievers.’ Hope it is now a befitting reply with a correct source
As-salaam, I gave sadkha for gold last year. and this year i got 10gm more, my mohalla imam said that, for this year you can give for excess gold that is for 10gms he read some hadith to prove that. but sombody says that you must pay sadkha for whole amount of gold. am bit confused. please give me fatwa with hadiths As-salaam.

I WANT A HADITH ABOUT ISALI SAWAB
Man is his only creator n destroyer. Allah has given us mind to decide right n wrong. If any1 commits a sin, it could b forgiven by prayers during his life time only. Recitation of qurans may give him a bit relaxment from azabs, but ultimately his sins are unforgivable which are done on particular person or group… That could be forgiven by that particular paeson during their lifespan.
